Technology Department

The Haverford Middle School Technology Office provides an in-person help desk for all teachers, staff, and students to receive technical support in order to effectively utilize the devices, software, and websites made available by the district.

 

SERVICES:

• Central location (next to the Library and Main Office) for anyone in our building to communicate their computer-related questions and/or problems.

Support via ticket system (preferred), email, telephone, appointment, or walk-in to all on our campus, as well as families (all subject to hours of operation and school schedule)

• Essential documentation of requests and maintenance using comprehensive ticketing software.

  • Assignment, troubleshooting, and repair of district-provided devices (subject to Staff AUP, Student AUP, and Chromebook Agreement)

• Website with a variety of information to assist users during and after hours of operation.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday through Friday when school is in session, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
